Mr. Steven L. Cummins is a successful businessman, a principal of The Vision Group Ltd. and an owner of Azzurro Restaurant and various other business interests.
Mr. Cummins has a long history of success in Real Estate development, marketing and sales.
He retired as Managing Director of Morritt Properties Cayman Ltd. in 2004, having spent sixteen years with this company. Beginning in the Sales Department, he rose to Director of Sales and Marketing before assuming the role of Managing Director. During this time Morritt Properties Cayman Ltd. developed and marketed $ 150,000,000.00 in property.
Mr. Steven L. Cummins is a graduate of The University of Miami. He also holds the designation of ARP from the American Resort Development Association.
He has been active in the community and has been a member of the Pirate’s Week Executive Committee and past Chairman of the Pirate’s Week Landing Pageant.
He is married to Mrs. Berna Thompson Cummins. He and his wife reside in South Sound and Gun Bay.

Mrs. Berna Thompson Cummins, M.B.E. is a graduate of The University of Central Florida with a BA degree in education. She taught at The Triple C School and rose to become principal at this school before leaving the world of education for a career in business.
A successful businesswoman, and owner of A.L. Thompson’s Home Depot, she later became President of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce and President of the Business and Professional Women’s Club.
A deep commitment to the community and her country led to her being awarded The Most Excellent Order of The British Empire (M.B.E.) by The Queen in 1991.
In 1992, she was elected to The Cayman Islands Legislative Assembly where she represented the district of George Town.
She is a past Chairperson of The Cayman Islands Community College, a former member of the Board of Governors of ICCI and St. Ignatius High School, past Chairperson of The Cayman Islands National Museum and currently a member of The Museum Board of Control. She has served on The Port Authority Board, The George Town Quincentennial Committee, as a Director of the United World College Board and was the first Chairperson of The Trade and Business Licensing Board.
She has been a Director of Cayman Islands Little League and a sponsor of FC Football Club from its inception.
Presently she serves as President of The Cayman Islands Garden Club, on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce Pension Fund and George Town Beautification Committee. Additionally, she also serves on the Board of Directors of The Cayman Islands Hospice and is a member of The Sunrise Rotary Club.
She is married to Mr. Steven L. Cummins. She and her husband reside in Gun Bay and South Sound.

Irene Gut is a European national and world-traveler who has made Cayman her home base for nearly the past 15 years. As she speaks many languages – she is fluent in English, German, Italian and French, and has knowledge of Spanish and, more lately, Russian, having spent a recent summer in St. Petersburg – she specializes in dealing with Cayman’s many international clients.
Swiss by birth, she has lived in many exotic locations, including Zurich and Locano, Milano, Rome, and Sydney, Australia. Today her family lives in Monaco and Singapore. As a world traveler, she decided to make Cayman her home. Ms. Gut has been a member of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Broker’s Association for the past decade. She is a member of Rotary Sunrise, often attending chapter meetings in European cities, such as Cannes and Monte Carlo. She enjoys playing golf, and is also an active member of the Cayman Garden Club, having recently won an award for flower arranging. Before joining Vision Real Estate here in Cayman this past year she was the French representative of the Cayman Islands Shipping Registry, the world’s leading maritime flag in the registration of mega-yachts, and established that organization’s first Mediterranean port office. Irene resides on Cayman’s famous Seven Mile Beach.
